Faq
The full-time PHD scholars (except fellows under government schemes/projects, industry-sponsored fellows) may be awarded the BMU fellowship of INR 40,000/- (per month) for the first two years and INR 50,000/- (per month) for the third and fourth year.
Professional development grant (PDG) would be provided to only those Ph.D. scholars who receive BMU research fellowships. The full-time Ph.D. scholars shall be eligible for a PDG of INR 20,000/- (per annum) for the first two years and INR 50,000/- (per annum) for the subsequent two years. Similarly, part-time Ph.D. scholars will also be eligible for a PDG of INR 15,000/- (per annum) for the first two years and INR 25,000/- (per annum) for the subsequent two years. The applicability of PDG will be as per the University policy
